Liebe Lisa, vor zehn Jahren hattest du gerade dein Abitur gemacht und lebtest noch im elterlichen Haus. Bevor du dein Studium anfingst, hattest du dich bei zig Firmen für ein Praktikum beworben. Damals war das Lernen für dich nicht nur ein anstrengender Zeitvertreib, sondern auch eine wichtige Vorrunde für deine spätere Karriere. Heute bin ich eine erfolgreiche Managerin und muss Kunden täglich gründlich beraten. Mein Terminkalender ist meistens voll, deshalb brauche ich viel Konzentration und Geduld für jede neue Präsentation. Vorhin habe ich daran gedacht, dass die Lehrer dich früher oft für kleine Fehler bestraft hatten. In meinem aktuellen Job als Koordinator ist Feedback nun ein wichtiges Werkzeug, um meine Fertigkeiten effektiv zu verbessern. A little while ago, I thought about how teachers had often punished you for small mistakes in the past. In my current job as a coordinator, feedback is now an important tool for effectively improving my skills. I want to encourage you, because professional life is sometimes strict, but also culturally enriching.
