Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen, im kommenden Monat werden wir endlich unser neues Büro eröffnen. Dieser Umzug wird eine positive Veränderung für unsere tägliche Tätigkeit bedeuten. In dem neuen Gebäude wird uns eine viel größere Fläche zur Verfügung stehen, was die Zusammenarbeit verbessert. Eine interne Kommission wird die Arbeitsplätze nach verschiedenen Kategorien organisieren, damit alles effizient läuft. Wir werden dort auch vermehrt Projekte für das städtische Jugendzentrum planen, da soziale Verantwortung eine große Rolle spielt. Die IT-Abteilung wird am Wochenende alle Geräte anschließen und neue Möbel liefern. Falls beim Einzug Probleme entstehen, werde ich Ihnen natürlich sofort Bescheid geben. Ich werde Sie außerdem informieren, wer in der neuen Etage für welche Bereiche zuständig sein wird. Als kleine Erinnerung: Jeder Teilnehmer am Umzug wird zur Belohnung einen Gutschein für das Café erhalten. Ich bin sicher, dass wir in den neuen Räumen gemeinsam hervorragende Arbeit leisten werden.

Dear colleagues, next month we will finally open our new office. This move will mean a positive change for our daily activities. In the new building, a much larger area will be available to us, which will improve collaboration. An internal commission will organize the workspaces according to various categories so that everything runs efficiently. We will also plan more projects for the municipal youth center there, as social responsibility plays a major role. The IT department will connect all devices and deliver new furniture over the weekend. If problems arise during the move, I will of course let you know immediately. I will also inform you who will be responsible for which areas on the new floor. As a small reminder: every participant in the move will receive a voucher for the café as a reward. I am sure that we will do excellent work together in the new rooms.
