Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte einen Schaden an meinem neuen Smartphone melden. Das Gerät war erst seit zwei Tagen im Gebrauch, da ich mich sofort in das moderne Modell verliebt hatte. Gestern saß ich in einem Café, als ein fremder Mann plötzlich sehr nervös an meinen Tisch kam. Er hatte mich wohl völlig ignoriert, weil er laut über seinen Lautsprecher telefonierte. Durch seine Dummheit stieß er seine Tasse um und der heiße Kaffee floss direkt über die Elektronik. Es entstand ein riesiges Chaos, doch der Mann wirkte leider sehr arrogant und entschuldigte sich kaum. Ich hatte zuerst gehofft, dass der Schaden nur eine Kleinigkeit war, aber das Handy ließ sich nicht mehr einschalten. Es war wirklich großes Pech, denn diese spezielle Variante des Geräts ist momentan schwer zu finden. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass er den Vorfall nicht ernst nahm, weshalb ich nun Ihre Hilfe benötige.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to report damage to my new smartphone. The device had only been in use for two days, as I had immediately fallen in love with the modern model. Yesterday I was sitting in a café when a stranger suddenly came to my table, looking very nervous. He had apparently ignored me completely because he was talking loudly on his speakerphone. Due to his stupidity, he knocked over his cup and the hot coffee flowed directly over the electronics. A huge mess ensued, but the man unfortunately seemed very arrogant and hardly apologized. I had first hoped that the damage was only a minor matter, but the phone could no longer be switched on. It was really bad luck because this special version of the device is currently hard to find. I had the impression that he did not take the incident seriously, which is why I now need your help.
