Liebes Tagebuch, heute bin ich endlich im Gebirge angekommen, um meinen Meditationskurs zu beginnen. Bevor ich diesen Trip startete, hatte ich mich wochenlang extrem gestresst gefühlt. Die ständigen Störungen im Büro waren so nervig gewesen, dass ich kaum noch schlafen konnte. Alles hatte sich fast schon tragisch angefühlt, obwohl es eigentlich keinen Grund für meine schlechte Laune gab. Als ich hier ankam, war die Sonne gerade hinter den Gipfeln untergegangen. Ich bin auf den Boden gekniet und habe das trockene Laub berührt, um die Gegenwart wirklich zu spüren. Trotzdem musste ich erst lernen, die Stille zu akzeptieren, da ich mich vorher fast taub gegenüber der Natur gefühlt hatte. Ein kleiner kanadischer Welpe lief an mir vorbei und suchte unter einem Baum nach einer Eichel. Ich möchte jetzt geduldig sein und jede kleine Beobachtung in der Natur loben. Dieser Ort bietet mir den Schutz, den ich nach all dem brennenden Stress in der Stadt gebraucht hatte.

Dear diary, today I finally arrived in the mountains to start my meditation course. Before I started this trip, I had felt extremely stressed for weeks. The constant disturbances in the office had been so annoying that I could hardly sleep anymore. Everything had felt almost tragic, even though there was actually no reason for my bad mood. When I arrived here, the sun had just gone down behind the peaks. I knelt on the ground and touched the dry leaves to really feel the present moment. Nevertheless, I first had to learn to accept the silence, as I had previously felt almost deaf to nature. A small Canadian puppy ran past me and looked for an acorn under a tree. I want to be patient now and praise every little observation in nature. This place offers me the protection I had needed after all the burning stress in the city.
