Liebe Kollegen, unsere große Pflanze in der Abteilung sieht leider sehr platt aus. Ein grüner Wandel in unserem Büro wird uns allen guttun, aber momentan braucht sie dringend Hilfe. Die Pflanze ist nicht nur eine schöne Dekoration, sondern auch wichtig für unsere Umwelt am Arbeitsplatz. Wir werden eine neue Taktik entwickeln, damit das Wasser beim Gießen nicht mehr einfach auslaufen kann. Es wird sich lohnen, wenn wir uns frühzeitig um einen festen Gießplan kümmern. Ansonsten wird die Pflanze bald sterben, was kein Vorteil für unsere Arbeitsatmosphäre ist. Ein Informatiker aus dem Team wird eine digitale Liste erstellen, in die wir uns eintragen können. Wir werden den Bedarf an Wasser genau prüfen und die Termine nicht mehr verschieben. Diese kleine Mühe wird sich am Ende für uns alle auszahlen. Ich hoffe auf eure Zusage für dieses kleine Projekt.

Dear colleagues, unfortunately, our large plant in the department looks very limp. A green change in our office will do us all good, but right now it urgently needs help. The plant is not only a beautiful decoration, but also important for our environment at the workplace. We will develop a new tactic so that the water can no longer simply run out when watering. It will be worth it if we take care of a fixed watering schedule early on. Otherwise, the plant will soon die, which is no advantage for our working atmosphere. An IT specialist from the team will create a digital list in which we can sign up. We will check the water requirements exactly and no longer postpone the dates. This small effort will pay off for all of us in the end. I hope for your commitment to this small project.
