Bevor der Teamleiter die Übung im Industriegebiet beendete, hatten wir bereits viel durchgemacht. Der Informatiker hatte zuvor ein technisches Defizit im Computersystem gefunden und erfolgreich behoben. Die Einsteiger hatten die Lastwagen mit schweren Spaten und anderen Werkzeugen beladen, bevor die Simulation startete. Auch der Lokführer hatte die Inspektion der Schienen pünktlich abgeschlossen, bevor der Regen einsetzte. Ein Organisator vom Pflegedienst hatte uns erklärt, dass einige tragbare Funkgeräte leider unbrauchbar geworden waren. Die Expertin hatte intensiv geforscht, ob die digitalen Daten für die Anwender wirklich genau genug waren. Obwohl die Handarbeit anstrengend war, hatte die ganze Berufsgruppe verstärkt zusammengearbeitet. Am Ende stand fest, dass wir alle Ziele der Simulation trotz der Schwierigkeiten erreicht hatten.

Before the team lead ended the exercise in the industrial area, we had already gone through a lot. The IT specialist had previously found and successfully fixed a technical deficit in the computer system. The beginners had loaded the trucks with heavy shovels and other tools before the simulation started. The train driver had also completed the inspection of the tracks on time before the rain began. An organizer from the nursing service had explained to us that some portable radios had unfortunately become unusable. The expert had researched intensively whether the digital data was really accurate enough for the users. Although the manual labor was exhausting, the entire professional group had worked together with increased effort. In the end, it was certain that we had achieved all the goals of the simulation despite the difficulties.
