In principle, we would like to support the work of your foundation to ensure the preservation of agriculturally valuable areas in the federal state. A recent ruling from the district court illustrates the legal complexity of this situation. The argumentation for a safe release of the protected animals must now be the top priority. A permanent construction freeze would extremely increase the costs for the maintenance of the facility. We must now take decisive measures so as not to endanger the physical condition of the animals. In conclusion, we hope that neither debates about military service nor disturbances by neo-Nazis distract from this important ecological concern.
