Sehr geehrte Frau Kramer, ich schreibe Ihnen bezüglich meines Abonnements für das Bio-Gemüse-Gesamtpaket. Obwohl meine Kündigung bereits schriftlich bestätigt ist, wurde gestern erneut eine Zahlung über Ihr System getätigt. In meinem Zahlungsverkehr ist deutlich ersichtlich, dass der Betrag trotz der Bestätigung von meinem Konto abgebucht wurde. Ich muss diesen Fehler leider bemängeln, da mein Konto aufgrund unerwarteter Ausgaben momentan fast blank ist. Das Abo war für mich zwar rentabel, doch wegen der Inflation sind solche Fixkosten inzwischen sehr kostspielig. Die Qualität der inländischen Waren war stets ansehnlich und das Gütesiegel war für mich ein wichtiges Kaufargument. Auch wenn das Angebot durch die Kennzeichnung regionaler Produkte unique wirkte, möchte ich nun auf diesen Schnickschnack verzichten. Mein Depot für die Abholung ist bereits über die Beendigung der Lieferungen informiert. Es ist jedoch ärgerlich, dass der Vorgang in Ihrer Verwaltung noch nicht vollständig abgeschlossen ist. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass die Abbuchung umgehend rückgängig gemacht wird und mein Zugang für weitere Zahlungen gesperrt ist. Ich hoffe auf eine reelle Lösung, damit die Angelegenheit für mich zeitnah erledigt ist. Bestätigen Sie mir bitte abschließend, dass alle meine Daten nun korrekt als 'inaktiv' im System hinterlegt sind.

Although my cancellation is already confirmed in writing, a payment was made again yesterday via your system. It is clearly visible in my payment transactions that the amount was debited from my account despite the confirmation. I must unfortunately complain about this error, as my account is currently almost empty due to unexpected expenses. The subscription was indeed profitable for me, but because of inflation, such fixed costs have become very expensive. The quality of the domestic goods was always respectable, and the seal of quality was an important purchasing factor for me. Even if the offer seemed unique due to the labeling of regional products, I now want to do without these bells and whistles. My collection depot is already informed about the termination of the deliveries. However, it is annoying that the process in your administration is not yet fully completed. Please ensure that the debit is reversed immediately and my access is blocked for further payments. I hope for a fair solution so that the matter is settled for me promptly. Finally, please confirm that all my data is now correctly stored as 'inactive' in the system.
