Mein anfänglicher Elan schlug schnell in tiefen Frust um, da wir das Schiff tagelang nicht verlassen konnten. Anstatt die edle Atmosphäre zu genießen, fühlte ich mich von der rücksichtslosen Informationspolitik Ihrer Crew fast schon belästigt. Man hätte uns vorab über die Wetterrisiken informieren müssen, anstatt uns einfach an Bord festzuhalten. Es ist eine fatale Einstellung, die berechtigten Sorgen der Gäste teilweise einfach zu ignorieren. Die Organisation wirkte stellenweise so unprofessionell, als käme sie direkt aus der Kreisliga. Mein gesamter Urlaub scheint vor Kummer beinahe zusammenbrechen zu wollen, da das Erlebnis weit hinter den Erwartungen zurückblieb. Ich verlange daher eine vollständige Rückerstattung, da ich diese Reise in dieser Form niemals hätte buchen wollen. Ich erwarte Ihre volle Akzeptanz dieser Forderung und eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you to energetically object to the catastrophic handling of my recent cruise. It cannot be denied that the weather conditions in the waters we traveled were extremely delicate. However, the longer the ongoing storm raged, the more I had to realize that your promises could not be relied upon. Both the historical shore excursions and most activities on deck were canceled without replacement due to thermal instability. My initial drive quickly turned into deep frustration, as we were unable to leave the ship for days. Instead of enjoying the noble atmosphere, I felt almost harassed by your crew's reckless information policy. We should have been informed in advance about the weather risks instead of simply being kept on board. It is a fatal attitude to partially ignore the legitimate concerns of the guests. In places, the organization seemed so unprofessional, as if it came directly from a local amateur league. My entire vacation seems to almost want to collapse in grief, as the experience fell far short of expectations. I therefore demand a full refund, as I would never have wanted to book this trip in this form. I expect your full acceptance of this demand and a prompt response.
