Wir möchten beteuern, dass die beabsichtigte Bautätigkeit den Denkmalschutz in jeder Hinsicht respektiert. Da das Dach leider mit Asbest belastet ist, muss die Sanierung durch eine Fachfirma erfolgen. Es ist unser Ziel, diesen wertvollen Lebensbereich als unser Privateigentum langfristig zu schützen. I would like to apply for the permit to modernize our 200-year-old house. I must admit that the condition of the building is currently very poor. The old wooden floors are torn open in many places, and the historical fittings on the windows are heavily corroded. After the submission of the plans, my husband and I hope for a quick approval from the authorities. We would like to assert that the intended construction activity respects the preservation of historical monuments in every respect. Since the roof is unfortunately contaminated with asbestos, the renovation must be carried out by a specialist company. Our goal is to protect this valuable living area as our private property in the long term. We do not want to force an inappropriate modern style on the building, but merely stabilize it professionally. Currently, the entire garden is covered with old debris that needs to be disposed of. Our most important motive for this project is the preservation of family history. We will not withdraw the application as we have already invested a lot of time. All necessary safety precautions have already been taken so that the construction work can begin safely.
