Sehr geehrte Frau Müller, ich schreibe Ihnen, weil sich mein Stundenplan für den Bus geändert hat. Die Linie zum Hauptbahnhof fährt ab Montag einen neuen Weg, denn eine Baustelle stoppt den Verkehr. Ich muss jetzt früher losfahren, aber ich komme trotzdem zehn Minuten später an. Das ist leider nötig, weil der Bus nicht mehr direkt vor der Einfahrt hält. Ich habe schon mein neues Ticket und die Fahrkarte für die Woche gekauft. Ich bin am Montag pünktlich bei unserem Team im Büro. Ich hoffe, das ist alles in Ordnung.

Dear Ms. Müller, I am writing to you because my bus schedule has changed. The line to the main station is taking a new route starting Monday because construction is stopping the traffic. I have to leave earlier now, but I will still arrive ten minutes later. That is unfortunately necessary because the bus no longer stops directly in front of the driveway. I have already bought my new ticket and the travel pass for the week. I will be at the office on time with our team on Monday. I hope that is all alright.
