The yoga studio is much colder than usual. Tell the instructor that you cannot relax during the exercises and ask if they can turn up the heating.

Hallo, eigentlich möchte ich mich beim Yoga wohlfühlen, aber heute ist es hier viel kälter als sonst. Ich kann mich leider nicht entspannen, weil meine Füße eiskalt sind. Ich glaube, dass ich ohne mehr Wärme eine Grippe bekomme. Im Sommer hatten wir die größte Hitze im Studio, aber jetzt ist es fast wie im Winter. Wenn es so kalt bleibt, kann ich bei den Übungen nicht gut mitmachen. Können Sie die Heizung bitte ein bisschen höher stellen? Dann bin ich am Ende der Stunde wieder stolz auf mein Training.

Hello, actually I want to feel comfortable during yoga, but today it is much colder here than usual. Unfortunately, I cannot relax because my feet are ice cold. I believe that I will get the flu without more warmth. In the summer we had the greatest heat in the studio, but now it is almost like winter. If it stays this cold, I cannot participate well in the exercises. Could you please turn the heating up a bit higher? Then I will be proud of my workout again at the end of the hour.
