Guten Tag, ich möchte meinen Mietwagen jetzt zurückgeben. Leider gibt es einen kleinen Kratzer an der Tür. Gestern bin ich in ein Parkhaus gefahren und stand kurz vor der Einfahrt. Ein großer Lastwagen parkte direkt auf dem Bürgersteig. Ich war sehr vorsichtig, aber ich bin leider gegen die Wand gekommen. Es tut mir leid und ich möchte das Formular jetzt unterschreiben. Ist sonst alles in Ordnung?
