Ich weiß nicht, ob dieser Betrag richtig ist, denn ich habe keinen Kauf für diese Summe gemacht. Können Sie mir bitte eine Erklärung schicken, warum diese Gebühr auf meiner Liste steht? Ich bin nicht sicher, wann das passiert ist, weil ich zu dieser Zeit mit meiner Ehefrau im Urlaub war. Muss ich meinen Personalausweis oder meinen Reisepass mitbringen, wenn ich zur Bank komme? Ich frage das, weil ich sicher sein möchte.
