Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you because the tram did not run for two hours today. I wanted to travel from my suburb into the city, but all trains suddenly had to stop. A bus driver told me at the station that there was a technical error. I had to stand still at the stop for a long time and missed my appointment.
