Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, heute habe ich die wöchentliche Bio-Kiste in meinem Reihenhaus erhalten. Die braunen Karotten liegen nun auf dem alten Esstisch und sie sind leider eklig. In der Kiste fehlt außerdem der frische Salat für mein Gulasch. Ich wollte das Gemüse eigentlich in einer schweren Pfanne kochen, wie es in meinem neuen Kochbuch steht. Ich möchte nicht zuviel Geld für diese schlechte Lieferung bezahlen. Können Sie mir bitte einen Ersatz schicken oder einen Teil vom Pfand zurückgeben?

Dear Sir or Madam, today I received the weekly organic box in my terraced house. The brown carrots are now lying on the old dining table and they are unfortunately disgusting. Additionally, the fresh lettuce for my goulash is missing from the box. I actually wanted to cook the vegetables in a heavy pan, as it says in my new cookbook. I do not want to pay too much money for this bad delivery. Could you please send me a replacement or return part of the deposit?
