You went on a nature walk and are describing to a friend which plants you found and why you think they are edible.

Am Samstagmorgen habe ich eine lange Wanderung in der Natur gemacht. Ich war auf einer grünen Wiese, weil ich frische Kräuter für das Abendessen suchen wollte. Ich glaube, dass ich wilde Petersilie gefunden habe. Die Blätter sehen fast aus wie kleiner Spinat und riechen sehr gut. Ich nehme sie mit nach Hause, wenn sie noch schön grün und nicht trocken sind. Ich möchte sie für eine leckere Sosse benutzen, die heute Abend auf dem Esstisch steht. Es war toll, auch einen bunten Schmetterling zu sehen.

On Saturday morning, I went on a long hike in nature. I was in a green meadow because I wanted to look for fresh herbs for dinner. I believe that I found wild parsley. The leaves look almost like small spinach and smell very good. I will take them home with me if they are still nice and green and not dry. I want to use them for a delicious sauce that will be on the dining table tonight. It was great to see a colorful butterfly as well.
