Sehr geehrtes Support-Team, ich schreibe Ihnen wegen meiner Fahrt gestern. Ich hatte pünktlich an der ursprünglichen Haltestelle gewartet, doch der Fahrer änderte plötzlich den Treffpunkt zu einem Gasthof in der Nähe. Nicht nur war die neue Adresse schwer zu finden, sondern auch der Ort lag versteckt direkt dahinter, nahe dem Highway. Ich war sofort dorthin geeilt, damit ich die Mitfahrgelegenheit nicht verpasse. Doch als ich am Gasthof ankam, hatte der Fahrer den Platz bereits verlassen. Er saß wohl schon am Lenkrad seines Oldtimers und war einfach ohne mich weggefahren. Inzwischen habe ich keine andere Möglichkeit mehr gefunden, pünktlich an mein Ziel zu kommen. Mein ganzer Aufenthalt wurde durch diesen Vorfall ruiniert, obwohl ich dringend etwas Erholung brauchte. Als enttäuschter Fahrgast verlange ich daher eine komplette Rückerstattung der Kosten.

Dear support team, I am writing to you regarding my ride yesterday. I had waited punctually at the original stop, but the driver suddenly changed the meeting point to an inn nearby. Not only was the new address hard to find, but the location was also hidden directly behind it, near the highway. I had rushed there immediately so as not to miss the carpool. But when I arrived at the inn, the driver had already left the place. He was probably already at the steering wheel of his vintage car and had simply driven away without me. In the meantime, I have found no other way to get to my destination on time. My entire stay was ruined by this incident, even though I urgently needed some relaxation. As a disappointed passenger, I therefore demand a full refund of the costs.
