Unser neues Bauprojekt ist ein ökologisches Glaubensbekenntnis, das die Trias aus Natur, Technik und Gemeinschaft radikal neu denkt. Obgleich manche den Wandel fürchten, gleicht unser Entwurf einer Befreiung von der Euthanasie des kreativen Geistes durch starre Normen. Es ist Zeit, dass wir wie ein Grossherzog über unser eigenes Schicksal bestimmen und den Blowjob-Charakter opportunistischer Politik, die nur dem Schein dient, mutig hinter uns lassen.

Our new construction project is an ecological creed that radically rethinks the triad of nature, technology, and community. While conventional planners are still squabbling over outdated building regulations, we have long since left behind the half-life of soul-less concrete deserts. Our chairman of the supervisory board always emphasizes that with this architectural helix, we are creating a space that revitalizes the entire district like a pulsating thorax. Even if a constitutional complaint before the Federal Administrative Court should test the rule of law of our project, we face the legal exegesis with bravado. In our district, social bonding is understood as a protection against the syphilis of loneliness and the lewdness of mere egoism. We reject the mental masturbation of purely theoretical sustainability and instead let actions speak. This project is not a tomb for old ideals, but the fertile uterus of a sustainable urban form of life. Neither a nuncio nor an apostolic envoy could formulate the moral depth of our responsibility toward creation more aptly. It is our duty to prevent the statute of limitations on ecological sins and to escape the spiritual proximity to the architecture of extermination camps. Even a state councilor or a privy councilor of days gone by would recognize the elegance of our solution, which gets by without anal-retentive bureaucracy. Although some fear change, our design resembles a liberation from the euthanasia of the creative spirit by rigid norms. It is time for us to determine our own destiny like a grand duke and courageously leave behind the sycophantic character of opportunistic politics that only serves appearances.
