Hallo zusammen, ich möchte heute von meiner Erfahrung mit meinem neuen Teleskop berichten, das von einer bekannten Firma hergestellt wurde. Selbstverständlich war ich sehr aufgeregt, als die Mondfinsternis begann. Ich befestigte das Gerät sicher auf dem Stativ und suchte den richtigen Fokus, damit das Bild wie ein Kristall klar war. Im Idealfall sollte die Software den Mond automatisch verfolgen, aber es entstand plötzlich ein technischer Fehler. Obwohl ich zuvor ein Tutorial in einem Blog gelesen hatte, blieb die mechanische Bremse blockiert. Das Diagramm auf meinem Tablet zeigte, dass die Verbindung zur Kamera, die ich am Teleskop montiert hatte, nicht stabil war. Die Kombination aus Softwarefehlern und Hardware-Problemen machte das Gerät für diese Nacht leider nicht nutzbar. Ich suchte schnell mit einer Suchmaschine nach einer Lösung, doch der Support war bereits besetzt. Das Endergebnis war leider enttäuschend, da mir keine einzige gute Aufnahme vom Mond gelang. Ich hoffe sehr, dass der Hersteller bald ein Update für dieses teure Werk produziert.

Hello everyone, I would like to report today on my experience with my new telescope, which was manufactured by a well-known company. Of course, I was very excited when the lunar eclipse began. I secured the device safely on the tripod and sought the right focus so that the image was as clear as a crystal. Ideally, the software should track the moon automatically, but a technical error suddenly arose. Although I had previously read a tutorial on a blog, the mechanical brake remained blocked. The diagram on my tablet showed that the connection to the camera, which I had mounted on the telescope, was not stable. The combination of software errors and hardware problems unfortunately made the device unusable for that night. I quickly looked for a solution using a search engine, but support was already busy. The final result was unfortunately disappointing, as I did not manage to get a single good recording of the moon. I really hope that the manufacturer will soon produce an update for this expensive work.
