Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich schreibe Ihnen, da ich eine enttäuschende Erkenntnis bezüglich meines Praktikums gewonnen habe. Eigentlich hätte ich laut Vertrag wichtige Aufgaben in der Redaktion übernehmen sollen, doch stattdessen koche ich meistens nur Kaffee. Aufgrund meiner Qualifikation hätte ich bei der Recherche für unsere neuen Kampagnen viel aktiver mitwirken können. Ich wollte meine gesamte Arbeitskraft einsetzen, um die Zielsetzung unserer Marketingabteilung langfristig zu unterstützen. Ich habe die Belastung im Team zwar richtig einschätzen können, aber ich hätte bei der Herausgabe von Pressemitteilungen helfen wollen. Eine nennenswerte Abstimmung mit den anderen Fachbereichen hat bisher leider kaum stattgefunden. Die Hauptsache für ein erfolgreiches Praktikum ist für mich, dass ich den Umsatz durch kreative Projekte steigere, anstatt nur Botengänge zu machen. Ich hätte auch die Finanzierung kleinerer Werbemaßnahmen eigenständig verantworten können. Ich hoffe, dass Sie meine Loyalität zum Unternehmen befürworten und meine derzeitige Situation kritisch prüfen. Bisher habe ich mich über die Unterforderung nicht beschweren wollen, aber ich möchte meine Zeit sinnvoll nutzen. Als Kenner moderner Marketing-Trends möchte ich echte Praxiserfahrung sammeln und einen Mehrwert bieten. Ich bitte Sie daher um ein Gespräch, um meine Aufgabenbereiche rechtlich und inhaltlich korrekt festzulegen.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you because I have gained a disappointing insight regarding my internship. Actually, according to my contract, I should have taken on important tasks in the editorial department, but instead I mostly just make coffee. Based on my qualifications, I could have participated much more actively in the research for our new campaigns. I wanted to use all my labor to support the goals of our marketing department in the long term. Although I was able to assess the workload in the team correctly, I would have wanted to help with the publication of press releases. Unfortunately, no significant coordination with the other departments has taken place so far. The main thing for a successful internship for me is that I increase turnover through creative projects instead of just doing errands. I could have also been responsible for the financing of smaller advertising measures independently. I hope that you support my loyalty to the company and critically review my current situation. Until now, I have not wanted to complain about the lack of challenge, but I want to use my time meaningfully. As a connoisseur of modern marketing trends, I want to gain real practical experience and provide added value. Therefore, I ask for a meeting to define my areas of responsibility legally and substantively correct.
