Hiermit reiche ich einen förmlichen Entwurf ein, um das Pilotprojekt „Hunde im Büro“ zeitnah zu verwirklichen. Sowohl die Geschäftsführung als auch unsere tüchtigen Mitarbeiter könnten von dieser kooperativen Maßnahme erheblich profitieren. Je angenehmer das Arbeitsklima ist, desto zielgerichteter können wir unsere Ziele in einer konkurrierenden Marktwirtschaft verfolgen. Ich habe diesen Plan bereits von einem Lektor prüfen lassen, damit die Argumentation gegenüber der Personalabteilung handfest bleibt. Die Einordnung der Hunde erfolgt nach strengen Kriterien, damit kein Privatkunde bei wichtigen Terminen gestört wird. Wir müssen klare Verhaltensregeln herausgeben und bei Verstößen konsequent durchgreifen, um die Ordnung zu sichern. Die Frage der Haftung darf nicht unbeantwortet bleiben, weshalb wir keine Vorwände vorschieben, sondern Lösungen präsentieren. Es ist nicht beabsichtigt, Kosten beim Staatshaushalt oder der Firma absetzen zu wollen, sondern das allgemeine Wohlbefinden zu fördern. Vielleicht können wir am Ende des Jahres den motiviertesten Hund prämieren, um einen Schlussstrich unter die schlechte Stimmung zu ziehen. Sogar Herr Fink aus der Abteilung für Strassenbau möchte an dieser Initiative teilhaben und hat dem Antrag bereits zugestimmt. I hereby submit a formal draft to promptly realize the 'Dogs in the Office' pilot project. Both management and our hardworking employees could benefit significantly from this cooperative measure. The more pleasant the work environment is, the more goal-oriented we can pursue our goals in a competitive market economy. I have already had this plan reviewed by an editor so that the argumentation remains solid for the HR department. The classification of the dogs is based on strict criteria so that no private customer is disturbed during important appointments. We must issue clear rules of conduct and take consistent action in case of violations to ensure order.
