Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich schreibe Ihnen bezüglich der aktuellen Situation am öffentlichen Strand unseres Landkreises. Der Zugang zum Ufer ist seit gestern komplett gesperrt, da ein privater Bauherr dort ohne Genehmigung einen hohen Zaun errichtet hat. Dieser Zustand ist keineswegs hinnehmbar, da der Strand für alle Bevölkerungsgruppen frei zugänglich bleiben muss. In meiner Einschätzung stellt diese Maßnahme eine drastische Einschränkung der öffentlichen Rechte dar. Der Bauherr behauptet fälschlicherweise, dass das Grundstück nun sein Privateigentum sei, was jedoch im klaren Widerspruch zu den offiziellen Plänen steht. Es ist durchaus fragwürdig, ob die Finanzierung dieses Bauprojekts unter Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben erfolgt ist. Das Landratsamt hat die Verpflichtung, das Gemeinwohl zu berücksichtigen und solche illegalen Absperrungen sofort zu prüfen. Eine offizielle Ermittlung der genauen Besitzverhältnisse ist bereits eingeleitet, damit der freie Zugang bald wiederhergestellt ist. Wir dürfen nicht zulassen, dass das öffentliche Interesse der privaten Gier weichen muss. Der jetzige Zustand der ständigen Überwachung durch privates Sicherheitspersonal am Strand ist absolut besorgniserregend. Dementsprechend fordern wir eine schnelle Wende in dieser Angelegenheit und die sofortige Öffnung des Geländes. Viele Bürger sind über die Anschuldigung, sie würden Privateigentum stören, zutiefst verärgert.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you regarding the current situation at the public beach in our district. Access to the shore has been completely blocked since yesterday because a private developer has erected a high fence there without permission. This state of affairs is by no means acceptable, as the beach must remain freely accessible to all population groups. In my assessment, this measure represents a drastic restriction of public rights. The developer falsely claims that the property is now his private property, which, however, stands in clear contradiction to the official plans. It is quite questionable whether the financing of this construction project was carried out in compliance with all legal requirements. The district office has the obligation to take the public interest into account and to immediately investigate such illegal cordons. An official investigation into the exact ownership situation has already been initiated so that free access is soon restored. We must not allow public interest to give way to private greed. The current state of constant surveillance by private security personnel on the beach is absolutely worrying. Accordingly, we demand a swift turnaround in this matter and the immediate opening of the site. Many citizens are deeply upset by the accusation that they are interfering with private property.
