You completed a first aid course for your driver's license, but the organization forgot to send you the official digital certificate.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich schreibe Ihnen heute, um mich nach meiner Bescheinigung für den Erste-Hilfe-Kurs zu erkundigen. Es war toll zu sehen, wie der Kursleiter uns beibrachte, Verbände richtig aufzusetzen und den Puls zu messen. Wir haben auch gelernt, wie man im Notfall schnell den Rettungsdienst ruft, um Menschenleben zu retten. Am Ende mussten wir einen Fragebogen digital eingeben, was eigentlich sehr professionell organisiert war. Leider ist es mir momentan unklar, warum ich mein Zertifikat bisher nicht per E-Mail erhalten habe. Ich möchte Sie höflich darauf hinweisen, dass dieses Dokument für meinen Führerschein absolut relevant ist. Es ist wichtig für mich, diese Bescheinigung bald zu erhalten, um mich endlich für die Fahrprüfung anzumelden. Ich hoffe, dass keine technische Störung vorliegt, und bitte Sie, mir die Datei einfach noch einmal zuzusenden. Es wäre eine große Dummheit, wenn ich den ganzen Kurs wegen eines Fehlers wiederholen müsste. Vielen Dank im Voraus für Ihre Bemühungen.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you today to inquire about my certificate for the first aid course. It was great to see how the instructor taught us to apply bandages correctly and measure the pulse. We also learned how to call emergency services quickly in an emergency to save lives. At the end, we had to enter a questionnaire digitally, which was actually very professionally organized. Unfortunately, it is currently unclear to me why I have not yet received my certificate via email. I would like to politely point out that this document is absolutely relevant for my driver's license. It is important for me to receive this certificate soon in order to finally register for the driving test. I hope that there is no technical malfunction and ask you to simply send me the file again. It would be a great stupidity if I had to repeat the entire course because of an error. Thank you in advance for your efforts.
