Ich hatte davor bereits bemerkt, dass die Handwerker einen großen Auftrag für das Bad bekommen hatten. Ich stieg auf eine Leiter, um den Schaden an der Decke genau zu erkennen. Das Wasser ist scheinbar tief in die Wand hinein gelaufen. Da Sie dieses Gebäude besitzen, sind Sie für die Reparatur verantwortlich. Ich habe bereits mit dem Nachbarn gesprochen, aber er fühlt sich nicht zuständig. Es ist wichtig, dass wir schnell handeln, bevor der Schaden die alten Mauern der Villa gefährdet.
