Viele Personen im Teilnehmerfeld äußerten zudem, dass ihnen der nötige Durchblick bei der thematischen Einordnung der Exponate fehle. Sie behaupteten, der Audioguide verhelfe ihnen nicht zu einer klaren Anschauung der Geschichte. Hinzu kommt massive Kritik an der technischen Organisation und der Qualität der vorgetragenen Speech-Dateien. Ein Gast fragte sogar skeptisch, ob die Qualifizierung der Redakteure für diesen Master-Anspruch ausreiche, und nannte die Software einen Versager. Die statistische Auswertung im beigefügten Graph zeigt zudem, dass die fortlaufende Nummerierung nicht konsequent umgesetzt wurde. Trotz der Bewunderung für das Museum müsse man bei der Partizipation der Besucher dringend nachbessern. Ich schlage vor, dass wir für die Kür der nächsten Ausstellung die Expertise des örtlichen Lehrstuhls nutzen. Eine neue Abfrage zur technischen Verbesserung im Bereich Computing wird entsprechend vorbereitet.

Dear Director, I would like to present to you the results of the visitor survey regarding the creation of the new audio guides. A consultant informed me that many visitors were relatively dissatisfied and criticized the quality of the content. One scholar noted that the information provided for the antique bust no longer corresponded to the current state of research. He said the facts had to be clarified urgently, as even a layperson could notice the errors. Many people in the participant group also stated that they lacked the necessary perspective on the thematic classification of the exhibits. They claimed that the audio guide did not help them gain a clear view of history. In addition, there is massive criticism of the technical organization and the quality of the recorded speech files. One guest even asked skeptically whether the editors' qualifications were sufficient for this master-level requirement and called the software a failure. The statistical evaluation in the attached graph also shows that the consecutive numbering was not implemented consistently. Despite the admiration for the museum, improvements must be made regarding visitor participation. I suggest that we use the expertise of the local university chair for the special selection of the next exhibition. A new query for technical improvement in the area of computing is being prepared accordingly.
