Sehr geehrter Herr Meyer, ich habe die Absicht, Ihnen einen Vorschlag für unser Büro zu machen. Es ist mir wichtig, die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Luftqualität an unseren Arbeitsplätzen zu lenken. Ich habe in einer Übersicht gelesen, dass es notwendig ist, mehr Pflanzen aufzustellen, um die Konzentration zu steigern. Mein Plan ist es, eine grüne Wand auf einer freien Fläche zu installieren, da dies die Arbeit für uns alle vereinfachen könnte. Es wird uns sicher gelingen, die Motivation der Mitarbeiter durch diese Veränderung zu erhöhen. Ein guter Arbeitgeber sollte versuchen, die Gesundheit seines Teams zu schützen. Man kann feststellen, dass die Luft oft zu trocken statt angenehm feucht ist, was zu Kopfschmerzen führt. Dear Mr. Meyer, I intend to make a proposal for our office. It is important to me to draw attention to the air quality at our workplaces. I read in an overview that it is necessary to set up more plants to increase concentration. My plan is to install a green wall on an empty area, as this could simplify work for all of us. We will certainly succeed in increasing employee motivation through this change. A good employer should try to protect the health of their team. One can observe that the air is often too dry instead of pleasantly humid, which leads to headaches. It is not a great effort to maintain such a system, and it will even impress our clientele. I therefore ask you to think about this proposal and give me feedback soon.
