Die Kaffeemaschine ist der teuerste Gegenstand, den ich dieses Jahr für meine Küche gekauft habe. Den hohen Betrag habe ich sofort nach der Bestellung per Bankeinzug an Sie überwiesen. In einem Warentest, den ich vorher online gelesen hatte, wurde das Produkt eigentlich sehr gelobt. Die Werbung, die mit professioneller Qualität lockt, verspricht jedoch leider viel zu viel. Der Kaffee, der aus der Maschine kommt, ist gar nicht heiß, sondern lediglich lauwarm. Obwohl ich bereits unterschiedliche Einstellungen getestet habe, wird das Wasser im Krug nie richtig heiß. Ich habe deshalb den Lieferanten kontaktiert, der für den Versand meines Pakets zuständig war. Die Verpackung, in der das Gerät geliefert wurde, habe ich zum Glück für eine Rückgabe behalten. Ich möchte nun die Garantie nutzen, die jedem Käufer bei diesem teuren Modell zusteht. Ich hoffe sehr, dass Sie diese Angelegenheit schnell und unkompliziert für mich erledigen.

The coffee machine is the most expensive object that I have bought for my kitchen this year. I transferred the high amount to you via direct debit immediately after ordering. In a product test that I had read online beforehand, the product was actually praised very highly. However, the advertisement, which lures with professional quality, unfortunately promises far too much. The coffee that comes out of the machine is not hot at all, but merely lukewarm. Although I have already tested different settings, the water in the pot never gets truly hot. I have therefore contacted the supplier who was responsible for the shipping of my package. Fortunately, I kept the packaging in which the device was delivered for a possible return. I would now like to use the guarantee that every buyer is entitled to with this expensive model. I very much hope that you can handle this matter quickly and easily for me.
