Bevor wir bei Ihnen ankamen, hatte sie eine giftige Pflanze gefressen, die ich unerwartet in der Wohnung gelassen hatte. Diese Situation war ein Schock, und der schreckliche Gedanke an ihren Tod machte mir große Angst. Meine Katze fing plötzlich an zu schreien, und ich wusste sofort, dass ihr Zustand kritisch war. Ich hatte zuvor schon einmal einen Welpen verloren, weshalb ich nun in totaler Panik war. Es war dringend notwendig, schnell zu handeln, obwohl ich vor Sorge kaum klar nachdenken konnte. In Ihrer Klinik war die Atmosphäre jedoch sehr professionell, was sofort beruhigend auf mich wirkte. Ich schätze Ihren Einsatz sehr und habe großen Respekt vor Ihrer humanen Art. Sie sind das Team, dem ich das Leben meines Lieblings verdanke. Zum Glück ist sie nun wieder völlig gesund und unverletzt bei mir zu Hause.

Dear veterinarians, I am writing to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my cat. Before we arrived at your clinic, she had eaten a poisonous plant that I had unexpectedly left in the apartment. This situation was a shock, and the terrible thought of her death scared me deeply. My cat suddenly started to scream, and I knew immediately that her condition was critical. I had previously lost a puppy before, which is why I was in a total panic now. It was urgently necessary to act quickly, even though I could hardly think clearly because of the worry. In your clinic, however, the atmosphere was very professional, which had an immediate calming effect on me. I value your commitment very much and have great respect for your humane manner. You are the team to whom I owe my pet's life. Fortunately, she is now back at home with me, completely uninjured and healthy.
