Dear Mr. Mayor, I am writing to you today to apply for a musical production on the market square. I plan to play some well-known songs from a musical on my organ. It is my goal to call upon the citizens to pause for a moment and enjoy the music. I promise you to always control the volume strictly so that the neighbors do not complain about noise. It is not my intention to risk a fine for disturbing the peace. As the operator of this small project, I would like to use the chance to show my talent in public.
