Sehr geehrtes Support-Team, ich habe eine neue Smartwatch, aber ich bin unglücklich mit dem Gerät. Ich kann die Uhr zwar einfach bedienen, denn das Menü ist sehr klar. Aber die Uhr zeigt im Kalender falsche Schlafdaten an, weil sie mich nachts oft als wach markiert. Ich muss mich morgens immer hinsetzen und lange in der App klicken, um die Fehler zu sehen. Am Feiertag habe ich die Uhr sogar einmal ausgeschaltet und neu gestartet. Können Sie mir helfen oder ist die Uhr kaputt?

Dear support team, I have a new smartwatch, but I am unfortunately unhappy with the device. I can operate the watch easily, because the menu is very clear. But the watch shows incorrect sleep data in the calendar because it often marks me as awake at night. I always have to sit down in the morning and click in the app for a long time to see the errors. On the holiday, I even switched the watch off once and restarted it. Can you help me, or is the watch broken?
