Hallo Herr Kollege, ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Laptop. Ich möchte meine Arbeit an dem neuen Plan beenden, aber der Computer schaltet sich plötzlich von selbst aus. Ich wundere mich sehr über dieses Verhalten, da der Kauf erst zwei Monate her ist. Vielleicht liegt es an der Hitze, denn die Klimaanlage im Büro ist heute leider defekt. Ich habe es heute sehr eilig, weil ich ein Formular für eine Journalistin ausfüllen muss. Kannst du dir das Gerät bitte ansehen, damit ich das Projekt heute noch abschließen kann?
