Guten Tag, ich möchte ein technisches Problem mit meinem Audioguide melden. Ich habe gemerkt, dass der kleine Monitor an dem Gerät nicht richtig funktioniert. Die rote Lampe beginnt sofort zu blinken, wenn ich das Video über die Kunst starten möchte. Ich glaube, dass die Batterie leer ist, weil das Gerät sich ständig ausschaltet. Ich kann auch die Tastatur nicht nutzen, um eine Nummer zu wählen. Ich kann den Audioguide so leider nicht verwenden. Können Sie mir bitte helfen?

Good day, I would like to report a technical problem with my audio guide. I noticed that the small monitor on the device is not working correctly. The red light starts flashing immediately when I want to start the video about the art. I think that the battery is empty because the device keeps turning off. I also cannot use the keypad to dial a number. Unfortunately, I cannot use the audio guide like this. Can you please help me?
