Die seit geraumer Zeit in unserer Stadt herrschende Wohnungsnot verlangt nunmehr nach einer radikalen Umgestaltung bestehender Wohnkonzepte. Es ist ja kein Geheimnis, dass viele uralte, unter Denkmalschutz stehende Gebäude oft ungenutzt bleiben. Anstatt diese Bauten wie ein Mausoleum der Frühgeschichte zu verwalten, schlage ich eine soziale Konstellation vor, die Jung und Alt vereint. Die von vielen Studierenden ersehnte Entlastung bei der Miete könnte durch die Unterstützung älterer Mitbürger im Alltag erfolgen. In dieser neuen Gemeinschaft würden die Studierenden den Senioren bei der Nutzung von Technik in Echtzeit helfen, damit diese nicht vollends den Anschluss verlieren. Es geht doch darum, dass der soziale Unterbau unserer Gesellschaft nicht wegbricht, nur weil die alten Strukturen ausgedient haben. Wenn ein Student im allegro-Takt durch das Haus wirbelt, um Besorgungen zu erledigen, ist das eben eine Win-Win-Situation. Solche kleinen Hilfeleistungen sind halt die Konstante, die ein friedliches Miteinander garantiert. Seinerzeit mag die strikte Trennung der Generationen die Norm gewesen sein, doch dato müssen wir innovativer denken. Niemand muss einen Hausfriedensbruch befürchten, da die Regeln vertraglich wie in Stein gemeißelt sind. Damit wird das ehemals als Schandfleck verschriene Viertel hinfort zu einem lebendigen Zentrum. Es ist unaufhörlich wichtig, dass wir diesen Lenz des Neuanfangs nutzen, bevor die Chancen ungenutzt verjähren. Selbst die verstaubte Sakristei alter Denkweisen kann durch diese Dynamik wieder hell erstrahlen. Eine Enteignung ist nicht nötig, wenn wir die Datierung unserer sozialen Werte anpassen. Diese Vision ist das von uns allen ersehnte Projekt für eine solidarische Zukunft.

The housing shortage that has been prevailing in our city for some time now calls for a radical reorganization of existing housing concepts. It is no secret that many ancient buildings under monument protection often remain unused. Instead of managing these structures like a mausoleum of early history, I propose a social constellation that unites young and old. The rent relief yearned for by many students could take place through the support of older fellow citizens in everyday life. In this new community, students would help seniors use technology in real time so that they do not completely lose touch. After all, it is about ensuring that the social substructure of our society does not break away just because old structures have served their purpose. When a student whirls through the house in an allegro tempo to run errands, it is simply a win-win situation. Such small acts of assistance are simply the constant that guarantees peaceful coexistence. In the past, the strict separation of generations may have been the norm, but to date, we must think more innovatively. No one need fear a breach of domestic peace, as the rules are contractually set in stone. Thus, the neighborhood formerly decried as an eyesore will henceforth become a lively center. It is incessantly important that we use this springtime of a new beginning before the opportunities lapse unused. Even the dusty sacristy of old ways of thinking can shine brightly again through this dynamic. Expropriation is not necessary if we adjust the dating of our social values. This vision is the project for a solidary future that we all long for.
