Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich schreibe Ihnen heute, weil mein Zug wegen einem starken Gewitter in den Sommerferien nicht fahren konnte. Der Wind hat sehr stark gepustet und die Eisenbahn musste an der nächsten Kurve stoppen. Ich wollte zum Airport fahren, aber ich musste am Ende ein teures Taxi nehmen. Es ist wichtig für mich, dass Sie mir die Kosten für das Taxi schnell bezahlen. Ich schicke Ihnen eine Kopie von meinem Personalausweis mit, wenn Sie diese Information brauchen. Mein Gepäck war sehr schwer und die Fahrzeit mit dem Auto war leider sehr lang.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you today because my train could not run due to a heavy thunderstorm during the summer holidays. The wind blew very hard and the railway had to stop at the next curve. I wanted to go to the airport, but in the end I had to take an expensive taxi. My luggage was very heavy and the travel time by car was unfortunately very long.
