Hallo Support-Team, ich hatte leider einen kleinen Unfall auf dem Heimweg. Ein großer Lastwagen kam plötzlich aus einer Ausfahrt und ich musste schnell bremsen. Ich habe mich sehr erschreckt und bin mit dem Roller gegen eine Mauer gefahren. Jetzt ist ein kleiner Kratzer an der Seite von dem Fahrzeug. Der Roller steht jetzt direkt an der Tram-Station „Hauptbahnhof“. Diese Sache tut mir leid, aber ich konnte nicht anders reagieren. Ich lasse den Roller dort stehen und beende jetzt die Fahrt in der App.

Hello support team, unfortunately I had a small accident on the way home. A large truck suddenly came out of an exit and I had to brake quickly. I was very startled and drove the scooter against a wall. Now there is a small scratch on the side of the vehicle. The scooter is now standing directly at the 'Hauptbahnhof' tram station. I am sorry about this matter, but I couldn't react differently. I am leaving the scooter there and am now ending the ride in the app.
