Alle betroffenen Leitungen sind gründlich gespült, sodass keine Keime oder Verunreinigungen zurückbleiben. Er fügte hinzu, dass aus der strikten Trennung der Anlagen eine nennenswerte Verringerung des Kontaminationsrisikos resultiere. Ein wichtiger Indikator für diesen Erfolg sei die stabilisierte Konsistenz des glutenfreien Bieres. Obwohl sporadisch auftretende Fehler in der Vergangenheit gemeldet wurden, sind diese Probleme laut Audit nun vollständig behoben. Die Experten erwägen zudem, ein spezielles Präparat zur weiteren Stabilisierung des Brauprozesses einzusetzen. In einem vergleichenden Panel wurde bestätigt, dass die Qualität der Proben deutlich über dem Durchschnitt liege. Alle Mitarbeiter sind über die fachgerechte Betätigung der Sicherheitsventile informiert. Gedanklich sind wir bereits bei der nächsten Prüfung, doch für den Moment ist der Betrieb sicherheitstechnisch optimal aufgestellt.

During our excursion through the brewery yesterday, the detection of gluten residues was closely examined. The auditor reported that the safety of production is always ensured through the precise dosage of cleaning agents. All affected pipes are thoroughly rinsed so that no germs or impurities remain. He added that a noteworthy reduction in the risk of contamination results from the strict separation of the systems. An important indicator of this success is said to be the stabilized consistency of the gluten-free beer. Although sporadically occurring errors were reported in the past, these problems are now completely resolved according to the audit. The experts are also considering using a special preparation for further stabilization of the brewing process. In a comparative panel, it was confirmed that the quality of the samples lies significantly above average. All employees are informed about the professional operation of the safety valves. Mentally we are already at the next inspection, but for the moment, the business is optimally positioned in terms of safety technology.
