Gestern entdeckte ich auf dem Flohmarkt beim alten Wasserturm ein besonderes Fahrrad. Dieses Modell ist nicht nur echte Handarbeit, sondern auch ein Teil einer seltenen Baureihe. Trotz des schlechten Zustands des Hinterrads wollte der Verkäufer, ein pensionierter Buchhändler, viel Geld dafür. Ich erklärte ihm, dass ich als Student meine Ausgaben genau finanzieren muss. Wegen des hohen Preises des Rades musste ich auch meine Fahrtkosten für die Regionalbahn einplanen. Wir begannen lange zu handeln, da mir das Design des Rahmens sehr gut gefallen hat. Er betonte, dass dieses Rad in keinem normalen Onlineshop käuflich ist. Schließlich einigten wir uns, und ich versprach, den Betrag direkt zu überweisen. Da das Rad nicht in meinen kleinen Benziner passte, legte ich es auf die Rückbank. Das Restaurieren von alten Rädern ist meine neue Geschäftsidee, und ich bin froh, dieses Stück nun zu besitzen.

Yesterday, I discovered a special bicycle at the flea market by the old water tower. This model is not only genuine handwork but also part of a rare series. Despite the poor condition of the rear wheel, the seller, a retired bookseller, wanted a lot of money for it. I explained to him that as a student, I have to finance my expenses carefully. Because of the high price of the bike, I also had to budget for my travel costs for the regional train. We began to negotiate for a long time because I liked the design of the frame very much. He emphasized that this bike is not available for purchase in any normal online shop. Finally, we reached an agreement, and I promised to transfer the amount directly. Since the bike didn't fit into my small gasoline car, I placed it on the back seat. Restoring old bikes is my new business idea, and I am happy to own this piece now.
