Hallo! Ich komme gerade von meinem ersten Yogakurs und ich fühle mich jetzt wirklich wunderbar. Ich musste mich heute Morgen sehr beeilen, weil ich meine neuen Turnschuhe gesucht habe. Ich bin froh, dass ich dort war, weil die Yogalehrerin sehr nett und gar nicht unfreundlich ist. Sie hat uns erklärt, dass Yoga nicht gefährlich ist, wenn man vorsichtig trainiert. Der Kurs war für mich fast so aufregend wie eine Achterbahn, aber ich bin nun sehr entspannt. Wollen wir uns am Wochenende verabreden und zusammen zum Sport gehen?

Hi! I just came from my first yoga class and I feel really wonderful now. I had to hurry a lot this morning because I was looking for my new sneakers. I am happy that I was there because the yoga teacher is very nice and not at all unfriendly. She explained to us that yoga is not dangerous if you train carefully. For me, the class was almost as exciting as a roller coaster, but now I am very relaxed. Do you want to meet up this weekend and go to sports together?
