Sehr geehrter Herr Müller, ich wohne sehr gern in diesem Wohnhaus in der Altstadt, weil es nah am Stadtzentrum liegt. Ich möchte nicht ausziehen, aber die geplante Mieterhöhung ist leider sehr hoch. Es wäre toll, wenn der Preis gleich bleiben würde, weil die Heizung unter dem Dach schon sehr alt ist. Ich hätte gern eine Lösung für diese Sache, damit ich sicher noch lange hier wohnen kann. Ich fühle mich hier wirklich wie daheim und möchte keinen neuen Vertrag unterschreiben. Lassen Sie uns bitte darüber sprechen.
