Guten Tag, ich habe ein großes Problem und bin sehr eilig, weil mein Flug bald am Airport startet. Ich weiß leider nicht mehr, wo mein Reisepass und mein Personalausweis sind. Gestern war ich erst an einem Kiosk und danach in einem Biergarten auf der Terrasse. Eine Polizistin hat mir erklärt, dass ich nicht zum Reisebüro, sondern direkt zu Ihnen gehen soll. Können Sie mir bitte sagen, ob ich heute noch ein neues Dokument bekomme? Ich muss wissen, wann der Bus zum Gate abfährt. War das die richtige Entscheidung, sofort hierher zu kommen?

Good day, I have a big problem and I am in a great hurry because my flight starts soon at the airport. Unfortunately, I no longer know where my passport and my identity card are.
