Heute war ich in der Arztpraxis und habe zum ersten Mal Blut gespendet. Ich fühle mich jetzt wirklich wohl und ich lächle den ganzen Tag. Zuerst musste der Arzt mich wiegen und ich sollte mich kurz bücken. Nach dem Termin habe ich eine kleine Süssigkeit gegessen und einen Juice getrunken. Ich helfe damit einem kranken Familienmitglied oder anderen Menschen mit der Grippe. Ihr solltet das auch machen, denn es hilft euch, euch fit zu fühlen. Macht mit und helft eurem Sportverein oder euren Nachbarn!

Today I was at the doctor's office and donated blood for the first time. I feel really good now and I am smiling all day long. First, the doctor had to weigh me and I had to bend down briefly. After the appointment, I ate a small sweet and drank a juice. With this, I am helping a sick family member or other people with the flu. You should do it too, because it helps you to feel fit. Join in and help your sports club or your neighbors!
